Summary: We were excited to find this beautiful lake house for a long weekend family getaway with our adult kids. The property was exactly as pictured online (which is not always the case). The hosts were very responsive and helpful prior to check in and we had no issues during our stay. We had five adults and had plenty of room to relax, definitely could fit more people if your group is larger. Everything we needed was provided, and there were so many thoughtful touches, like little baskets of toiletries we might have forgotten. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils needed to make meals there, as well as a grill and fire pit on the patio with a wonderful view. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels, all of which were of good quality. There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area - highly recommend visiting nearby Theodore Roosevelt National Park and Bully Pulpit Golf Course in Medora! Gorgeous views at both. We had a family tennis tournament at courts which were a short drive away. There is also a golf course right across the street but we ran out of time to try that one. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely return if we are back in the area! Thanks for a great getaway!
